Not only was Dothan Fire, Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Police jumping, but Dothan 911 was jumping taking all of the 911 calls, dispatching proper units to all of these locations on multiple radios, and keeping data straight in the 911 system.
See how quick calls hit the 911 centers and units are rolling.
A structure fire response, three fire engines, Battalion Chief, Rehab Truck, Squad Truck, Pilcher Ambulance, Dothan Police and if a working fire then the duty officer. Just the one structure fire, Dothan 911 is taking calls on the phone and rolling all of the above and keeping it all straight, entered into CAD ( Computer Aided Dispatch ) and knowing who is going where and what is happening.
And Dothan 911 never skips a beat!!!
