Press Release


On October 4, 2024, Houston County Sheriff’s Office Vice Division executed a search warrant in the 100 block of W Saunders Road, Dothan, Alabama. During the execution of the search warrant, approximately 100 grams of methamphetamine, to include paraphernalia supporting the sale of methamphetamine, and marijuana were located and seized.


Raymond Eugene Wingrove, 59 years old of Dothan, has been charged with Drug Trafficking with bond of $1,500,000.00.


Jonathan Dean Brooks, 36 years old of Andalusia, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest with bonds totaling $10,300.00.


Joseph David Franks, 48 years old of Massachusetts, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree with bonds totaling $20,000.00.


Sara Nell Janosevich, 47 years old of South Carolina, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $10,000.00.


Christopher Jay Powell, 31 years old of Dothan, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $10,000.00.


Ashley Lynn Sizemore, 42 years old of Dothan, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $10,000.00.


The Houston County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in the investigation.
