The Panama City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered adult. Jonathan Deboard was last seen on July 26, 2024, around 6:20 PM in the area of 615 N. Bonita Ave. Deboard is a white male, approximately 5’10”, 180 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and brown facial hair. He was last seen wearing a red hat, red shirt, and dark blue boxer shorts. Deboard left on foot in an unknown direction and may be attempting to return to Wewahitchka, FL.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Panama City Police Department at 850-872-3100 or report their tips anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 850-785-TIPS.
