ASHFORD - The Houston County Sheriff's Department and Ashford Police Department were in pursuit of a vehicle traveling on Highway 84.
The suspect was traveling on the wrong side of the road, going eastbound in the westbound lane at a high speed.
The female in the driver's seat was holding her hands out the window, and the male in the passenger seat was steering the vehicle and pressing the gas pedal.
The chase ended with a wreck on Highway 84 East and Sage Road.
The ALEA Trooper was instructed by ALEA to perform a pit maneuver on the suspect.
Ashford Fire and Ashford Rescue were dispatched to the scene, and Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza was on scene.
The male is in custody.
The suspect appears to be the same subject who was chased Wednesday on Highway 231 South.
