DOTHAN:     08:56 AM   Dothan 911 dispatched an armed robbery at American Deli located on North Oates Street and Burdeshaw Street.


Reports are a black male wearing a black shirt and pants fled out the back door.


Multiple Dothan Police units are on the scene.

After a brief foot chase Dothan Police Patrol Division has suspect in custody in the 300 block of North Bell in Dothan.


UPDATED @ 9:54 AM  


The suspect was transported by Dothan Police Patrol Division to Dothan Criminal Investigation Division. This might not be the suspect and BOLO is still active.


Also working to confirm, but this might be a commercial burglary that was in progress and not an actual armed robbery.
