HENRY COUNTY: On Wednesday evening Henry County Sheriff Deputies and Abbeville Police had a busy night.
Henry County Sheriff Eric Blankenship and members of the Henry County Sheriff Department executed some search warrants in the county.
While in the process of the search warrants a Henry County Sheriff Deputy had a traffic stop and the suspect fled on foot. Multiple Deputies responded and K-9’s were deplyed to track the suspect. Unknown at this time if apprehended.
Abbeville Police called for a backup unit on a suspicious persons they were dealing with.
Headland Police along with Headland Fire – Rescue were fighting a structure fire. Kinsey Volunteer Fire was dispatched to assist with manpower on the structure fire.
