DOTHAN: 05:32 AM. Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Fire Engine 4 ( Southside ), Dothan Police and Pilcher Ambulance Service to a vehicle verses pedestrian, Ross Clark Circle and Third Avenue.
On arrival of emergency units it was determined the pedestrian was deceased.
Traffic has been re-routed and Dothan Police CRASH Team has been dispatched. Houston County Coroner Robert Byrd has been dispatched.
Dothan Police is in charge of the accident investigation.
