And with that, the man beind the badge who has served 27 years with Houston County Sheriff Department ends his tenure and walks into retirement. Proud of the job that he has done. While most slept, for many years Lt. Reichert commanded the night patrol deputies with Houston County Sheriff Department.
A leader who did not send depities because he was rank, but responded to calls as primary officer or backup Deputy to others.
Always calm, and managing whatever chaos. Worked well with Dothan Police patrol on whatever shift he was on.
