Res. No._________Completing the contract with Lewis Construction, LLC for the Eastgate Boardwalk Renovations Project for a total amount of $168,923.52, which amount includes a deduct of $73,948.48 resulting from construction modifications.

No._________Entering into an agreement with the State of Alabama relating to a project for resurfacing on Murphy Mill Road from Brannon Stand Road to Montgomery Highway in the estimated amount of $1,225,707.08 (maximum federal funds $980,565.66, estimated City funds $245,141.42), and appropriating funds for said agreement.

No._________Entering into an agreement with the State of Alabama relating to a project for resurfacing of North Cherokee Avenue from West Main Street to Montgomery Highway in the estimated amount of $581,074.40 (maximum federal funds $464,859.52; estimated City funds $116,214.88), and appropriating funds for said agreement.

Res. No._________Initiating a project with the Alabama Department of Transportation to resurface a portion of Webb Road and agreeing to take into consideration the provisions of any agreement which will be executed covering the construction of this project.

Res. No._________Entering into a temporary right of entry agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc. for a fee of $2,700.00 to perform survey activities within the railroad right-of-way at North Range Street.

Res. No._________Amending Res. No. 2025-67, an agreement with Mythics, LLC for services associated with implementing the final module of the Business and Occupational Licensing component of the Oracle Permitting and Licensing Solution, to extend the timeline to December 31, 2025 at no additional cost.

Res. No._________Declaring certain personal property as obsolete and no longer needed for public or municipal purposes and authorizing the disposal of said property by whatever means is determined to be in the best interest of the City.

Res. No._________Awarding bids and approving other purchases over $30,000.00 by the City, and appropriating funds for said bids.
