DOTHAN, AL – Dothan Leisure Services is excited to bring back Blooms & Breezes, Presented
by Brightspeed. This family-friendly event will take place on Saturday, May 16th, from 9:00 AM
– Noon at Kiwanis Playground Park (800 Deerpath Road, Dothan AL 36303).
Moms and mother-figures of all kinds are invited to celebrate a morning of family and
togetherness at Blooms & Breezes. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including:
• Complimentary mini-bouquets for the first 200 attendees, made possible through the
support of Brightspeed and distributed by local flower truck Thistle’n Dixie
• Nature-inspired crafts
• Shopping with local artisan vendors
• Self-guided nature walk along Kiwanis Trail
• Self-guided scavenger hunt
• Local coffee truck, Libby Lu’s
• Mother’s Day themed photo booth, with staff available to take photos using guests’
phones
Participants are welcome to arrive any time during the event hours and experience activities at
their own pace.
