ENTERPRISE – COFFEE COUNTY: 08:28 AM Law Enforcement Officers from the United States Marshall Service Fugituve Task Force and other law enforcement officers hit a residence located at 439 County Road 621 in Enterprise. The purpose of the hit was to take a wanted person in custody.
The U.S Marshall Fugitive Task Force identified the suspect was inside the residence. The subject was barricaded inside.
The U.S. Marshall Fugitive Task Force requested the ALEA Swat Team to respond. If you observed marked and unmarked vehicle traveling lights and siren south on Highway 231 from Montgomery and into Troy they were traveling to 439 County Road 621 in Enterprise.
At or about 09:00 hours the U.S Marshall Fugitive Task Force and other law enforcement were able to take the subject into custody. There were no injuries.
Enterprise Rescue was on the scene during the barricaded subject in the event of any injuries.
Enterprise Police, Coffee County Sheriff Scott Byrd and members of Coffee County Sheriff Department, ALEA – Troopers were on the scene.
