CLAY COUNTY GEORGIA: On Tuesday afternoon and pickup truck is reported to have crossed the center line of Georgua Highway 37 and hit a semi log truck head on. The impacy claimed the life of the man in the pickup who was pronounced dead on the scene.
Clay County is Ft. Gaines Georgia which meets Alabama – Georgia line, Henry County Alabama and Clay County join. The accident was about 6 miles into Clay County out of Henry County.
Responding to the scene, Clay County Sheriff Department, Georgia State Patrol, Fire department from Ft. Gaines and EMS Service from Ft. Gaines.
Georgia State Patrol is in charge of the accident investigation.
