At approximately 1:30 PM on July 23, 2026, members of the US Marshals Service apprehended Shamarco Moore,33, and Kiara Avery,30, for the Kidnapping of Kingston Thomas on July 22, 2026. The arrests were made without incident at a residence in Montgomery, AL.
Moore has been charged with Kidnapping 2nd and Making a Terrorist Threat 2nd. Avery has been charged with Kidnapping 2nd. Both subjects are being held in Montgomery County Jail pending extradition to Enterprise, AL.
