DOTHAN: Miracle Playground and its surrounding parking lot will temporarily close Thursday for Dothan Leisure Services’ annual Therapeutic Fall Carnival.
The City of Dothan says the playground and parking lot will close at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, and return to normal operating hours on Friday, Oct. 30.
The closure is being made to accommodate the Therapeutic Fall Carnival, an annual Halloween-themed, sensory-friendly event for participants in the city’s Therapeutic Recreation and Miracle League programs.
Residents with questions about the carnival can contact Angie Lowe at alowe@dothan.org.
