DOTHAN – HOUSTON COUNTY: Dothan law firm Buntin, Etheredge and Fowler have taken on the huge corporate, State Farm Insurance.
Dusty Fowler and Steve Etheredge have taken on State Farm in more than 50 homeowners who allege State Farm and local agents failed to provide wind-and hail coverage they believed they were buying. A federal judge has now returned the case to state court ( Houston County Circuit Court ) and CAUTIONED State Farm in repeating a litigation strategy that has already failed.
State Farm has not only been cautioned by a United States Federal Judge, they have also been called out by the Donald Trump, as President of the United States of America.
