DOTHAN: 11:24 AM Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Fire, Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Police to 111 Watkins Drive, off Cottonwood Road, to a structure fire. Reports to Dothan 911 heavy smoke in the house.
At 11:28 AM Dothan Fire Engine 4 ( Southside ) arrived on the scene followed by Dothan Fire Engine 1 ( 11:29 AM ) from Central. On arrival of Engine 4 they reported heavy smoke and flames from the bedroom, making an offensive attack. Dothan 911 updated one person had evacuated and possibly a second person inside the residence. This is an offensive attack.
At 11:30 AM Dothan Fire reported water on the fire.11:30 AM Battalion Chief Brown arrived on the scene followed by Dothan Fire Engine 5 ( Eastside ). 11:32 AM Fireman are attempting to make access to the ceiling and a search crew is inside the structure making sure everyone is out.
11:33 AM Interrior attack is requiesting a pipe pole to be brought into.
11:33 AM They can hear someone inside and interrior fireman has requested all hands inside.
11:34 AM A second ambulance has been dispatched.
11:35 AM Dothan Fire Engine 2 ( Lakewood ) has been dispatched to Watkins Drive. At the time of this fire, 11:36 AM, a medical call has been dispatched on Memphis Drive, unrelated to the fire.
11:37 AM Reports the person reported to be inside is at the neighbors residence and everyone is out of the structure.
11:38 AM Search crews report, primary search, all clear.
