DAPHNE: A search and rescue team from South Alabama joins the effort to find a fisherman missing in West Alabama.
Day four of the search for Larry James started at 9 a.m. this morning.
An ALEA Marine trooper was joined by a Hale County Sheriff’s deputy, a family member and a group from South Alabama.
Four people and a dog with the Daphne search and rescue teamarrived shortly after two boats pulled off from the Lock 8 Boat Launch in Akron.
James. a 47 year-old man from Helena, hasn’t been seen since Monday morning.
The crew of barge noticed James’ boat in the water unmanned with the motor running.
They alerted authorities and the search has been ongoing since then.
