BOLO ( Be On Look Out ) White female Patience Finnigan, born in 2011. Last seen wearing dark color New Brockton shirt, gray shorts, and crocs.
LAST SEEN WITH two males, David Bacon and Roderick Rucker, Jr.
Possible traveling in a Gray KIA Soul, box type vehicle. Possible weapons in the vehicle.
