DOTHAN: Dothan kicked off with a bang this morning.
At 8:30 AM, plus or minus a few minutes, Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police to a domestic in the 100 block of Hestrom Drive. The call was changed to an assault in progress.
The female vicitm was transported by Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Fire under a “trauma alert”.
The suspect was non compliant and Dothan Police were forced to use the taser on the suspect. He was arrested and transported to Dothan City Jail. Dothan Fire was called to Dothan City Jail later.
BURGLARIES
Dothan Police and Houston County Sheriff Department responded to two burglary in progress. Not sure the outcome or specific location.
