DOTHAN: Dothan’s Original Former News Director of WDHN who is now with WTVM, Ben Stanfield, was a witness to the execution of Jeremy Williams by the Alabama Department of Corrections.
Stanfield, who worked in the Dothan New’s Market for many years, brought into the households of the wiregrass acurate and timely news reports. However the lack of leadership at WDHN and WTVY allowed Ben Stanfield to slip from Dothan and the wiregrass. Ben Stanfield is now the morning news anchor for WTVM News Leader 9 in Columbus Georgia.
