COFFEE COUNTY – NEW BROCKTON: 1:32 PM Coffee County 911 dispatched New Brockton Volunteer Fire Department, Enterprise Rescue and Coffee County Sheriff Department to a man in distress.
The matter was in the area of County Road 255 in New Brockton. The caller, the victim’s wife, reports the husband is in a deer stand and stuck upside down. The man was reported to be stuck about 20 feet in the air after he was trimming trees using a deer stand.
New Brockton Volunteer Fire has mutual aid requested Enterprise Fire Department to respond with ladder truck. Many of the emergency responders have just arrived on the scene.
The victim was not injured.
