SLOCOMB: RSN reported last evening on a firearm assault in Slocomb at the Inland. RSN has an update.
It was a 16 year old who was shooting a rabbit when the barrel of his shotgun exploded causing injuries to his face and neck. The injured was being driven to the hospital when the Dale County Sheriff Deputy drove up.
So it was an accidental firearm injury.
