ASHFORD HIGH SCHOOL: Dear Ashford High School Community,
We deeply appreciate the enthusiasm and support our students show for Ashford High School athletics. As we prepare for game days, the safety and well-being of all our students remain our top priority.
Please be advised that students who are not active members of the Ashford High School football team are not permitted to walk to or wait at the football field immediately after school to purchase tickets. Prior to gate opening times, our coaching staff and athletic personnel are fully focused on preparing our student-athletes and managing pre-game operations, meaning there is no direct supervision available for unsupervised students on the field grounds during this time.
To ensure a safe environment for everyone, please note the following guidelines:
Unsupervised Waiting: Students may not remain at the athletic facilities unsupervised between the end of the school day and the start of the event.
Student Transportation: Students who do not drive themselves must leave campus at dismissal and return later with an adult sponsor at the designated event time.
We want to emphasize that we strongly encourage student attendance and value their energy in the stands—this policy is strictly a proactive safety measure to ensure everyone is properly monitored and safe.
Thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and continued support of our students and programs.
Go Jackets!
*The Ashford High School homecoming game against New Brockton will be this evening at 7:00pm. Pre-game homecoming Court recognition begins at 6:30pm.
