PANAMA CITY:
The Panama City Police Department has arrested multiple individuals following an undercover operation targeting online prostitution and individuals attempting to engage in sexual activity with minors using internet-based platforms.
According to police, the operation was designed to identify and arrest those seeking to exploit children online, as well as individuals involved in prostitution-related activity. Investigators said several arrests also led to the discovery of narcotics violations.
Police identified the following individuals as arrested during the operation, along with their charges:

Jalisa C. Williams, 35 — Soliciting for prostitution

Stephanie Y. Miller, 22 — Soliciting for prostitution

Kelcey G. Salazar, 40 — Possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and procuring prostitution

Anthony French, 27 — Soliciting a minor for sexual acts

Milenko Rajkovic, 36 — Traveling to meet a minor for sex, soliciting a minor for sexual activity, and illegal use of a two-way communication device

Joab Santiz Gomez, 23 — Soliciting a minor for sexual activity

Aidan Shaffer, 19 — Possession of child pornography

Benny Johan Lopez Mendoza, 20 — Traveling to meet a minor for sex, soliciting a minor for sexual activity, and illegal use of a two-way communication device

Police said the operation highlights the department’s continued commitment to protecting children, deterring criminal behavior, and maintaining public safety within the community.
Authorities emphasized that all charges are allegations, and those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
