Mr. Ralph Larry Pryor of Westville, Florida passed away March 08, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 90.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 14, 2025 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Daniel Smith officiating and Rev. Carl Dunn delivering the eulogy.  Burial will follow in the Beulah Anna Baptist Church cemetery with full military honors and Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and last until service time. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to West Pittman Baptist Church Children’s Ministries.

Ralph was born in Darlington, FL on January 3, 1935 to the late Walter “Sonny Boy” and Ella Morrison Pryor. He was retired from the US Air Force and also served 4 years in the US Navy. He was an accomplished pilot and had a love of aircraft, second to none. He owned and flew aircraft for the majority of his adult life. He also enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, much to his wife’s disapproval. He was also a trained barber who cut hair for many years before, during and after his military career. Ralph was a devoted and faithful member of West Pittman Baptist Church for many years, as well as a member of the Etna Masonic Lodge # 202 for more than 50 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Mary Frances Yates Pryor; a sister-in-law, Faye Yates Williams (Woodrow “Buck”) and one brother-in-law, Jack Yates.

Ralph is survived one son, Larry Todd Pryor; one granddaughter, Dakota Lindsey Pryor Callahan (Dalton), all of Westville, FL; Rhonda Pryor, mother of Dakota, and was like a daughter to him, of Evergreen, AL; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Yates Peel of Chipley, FL and Linda Yates of DeFuniak Springs, FL and a number of special nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
