DOTHAN: 05:38 AM. Early this morning Dothan 911 dispatched multiple Dothan Fire engine companies to a structure fire, smoke and flames visible, at 1402 Fleetwood Drive.
Dothan Fire Engine Companies 8 ( Highlands ), Engine Company 3 ( Whatley Drive ), Engine Company 10 ( West Main ), Rehab 1 ( Lakewood ), Battalion Chief 2 ( West Main ), Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Police responded.
On arrival the first incoming engine company 1 reported this was a working structure fire and an offensive attack was being made.
5:49 AM. Dothan Fire Command reported water on fire.
5:50 AM. Dothan Fire Command reported fire knocked down.
5:53 AM. Dothan Fire Command reported the primary search of the residence, all clear, and no one inside the residence.
5:57 AM. Dothan Fire Command reported the secondary search, all clear.
Dothan Fire finally got it under control.
