BAY COUNTY FL: On September 3, 2025 Bay County Sheriff 911 dispatched Bay County Sheriff Deputy to Highway 231 and Weber Road to reports of a man with a rifle. The subject was reported to have pointed the firearm at motorists.
The lone Bay County Sheriff Deputy approached the subject who had two weapons on him. The Bay County Sheriff Deputy asked the suspect if he could remove his shoulder sling carried rifle. The subject had the rifle and a handgun. The subject turned hostile towards the Bay County Deputy, pulling his handgun and began shooting at the Bay County Deputy.
The Bay County Deputy used his patrol vehicle as a shield and was forced to use deadly physical force against the subject.

It begins with the 911 calls and into the video shows the Bay County Deputy approach the subject and the being forced to use deadly physical force.
