Robert Reynolds Weeks Jr.

Robert Reynolds Weeks, Jr., a resident of Dothan, Alabama died peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He was 78.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Robert was born to the late Robert Reynolds Sr. and Kathleen McCollough Weeks on November 6, 1947, in Houston County, Alabama. After graduating High School from Geneva County High School, he attended Auburn University receiving his Bachelor of Physical Education Degree. Robert was self employed in business. His main hobby was going to the gym. His pride and joy were spending time with his grandchildren and making lasting memories. In the fall you could find him cheering on his Auburn Tigers “War Eagle”. His favorite delicacy was raw oysters. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Brenda Patterson Weeks.

Left to cherish his memories are his two daughters, Michelle Jordan (Rusty) and Kim Moye; four grandsons, Myles Moye, Cody Weeks, Gavin Moye and Hudson Moye; one granddaughter, Callie Jordan; a brother, David Weeks (Lara); along with numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
