KINSEY: 3:25 PM Kinsey Police Chief Jim Mock came over Houston County Sheriff radio that he had a gunshot victim at Broad and Dover Street in Kinsey. Chief Mock requested Headland Fire – Rescue emergency.
The second Kinsey Police Officer responded as did Houston County Sheriff Department.
Kinsey Police Chief Mock said a tourniquet was applied. Also to notify Clay County Georgia Sheriff Department the firearm assault is reported to have occurred in Clay County Georgia.
Emergency units are on the scene.

Headland Fire – Rescue has left the scene with firearm assault victim, traveling emergency, trauma alert, to Southeast Health.
