DOTHAN: 11:32 AM Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Fire to the 1900 block of South Oates Street to a medical emergency. The emergency was a 2-month-old child not breathing.
Dothan Fire requested Dothan Police intercept to escort to the hospital. By 11:52 AM, Dothan Fire Engine 1, Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Police had the ambulance at the emergency department of Southeast Health. CPR was in progress.
Multiple Dothan Police units caught intersections and was pushing traffic along, so the ambulance did not have to slow down while performing CPR.
