WICKSBURG: Wicksburg Fire & Rescue is inviting neighbors to lend a hand at its Fill the Boot fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 7, with proceeds going toward a new engine for one of the department’s ambulances.
The event begins at 9 a.m. at Five Points, in front of the fire station.
“Come out and help us raise money so we can replace the engine in one of our ambulances,” the department said in a Facebook post. “Any donations are appreciated.”
Every contribution, big or small, will help keep the ambulance on the road and ready to serve the community when it’s needed most.
