DOTHAN: 4:18 PM A Dothan Police Patrol Division was in a foot pursuit. The foot pursuit began around Savannah Street. Then traveled south on College Street. Dothan Police Patrol established a perimeter in the area and multiple Dothan Police Officers responded to the area.
As the officer was in foot pursuit the suspect was spotted running behind a house at College and Marbury Street, and College Street. The suspect was west bound on Washington and Cherry Street. The Dothan Police Patrol Officers deployed the taser weapon on the suspect. The suspect was apprehended.
After the taser was deployed and suspect apprehended Dothan Police requested Dothan Fire to treat the suspect which was deployed.
The chase ended at 4:27 PM.
