HEADLAND: 5:20 PM. Law Enforcement was on Highway 431 North of Headland. There was a southbound vehicle reported to have been traveling about 100 miles per hour.
The vehicle refused to stop and was wrapped up with law enforcement when the vehicle entered Headland.
The vehicle was driven by a female. Reports are she stated that she was trying to get to the hospital because she had a miscarriage.
Headland Fire – Rescue responded to the scene. Reports are the female was transported to the hospital.
Reports are some of the officers were discussing carrying her to jail or writing tickets. She did not go to the jail but to the hospital.
If the officer gave a ticket, and true she had a miscarriage and was scared, perhaps the officer needs to try being pregnant!!!
