DOTHAN – HOUSTON COUNTY: 6:40 PM ALEA – Troopers were reported in pursuit out Highway 84 West. Reports to 911 ALEA was in pursuit of a SUV. When Dothan was first alerted of the chase they were headed toward Dothan from Wicksburg area.
About 5 minutes later ALEA – Troopers reported they were no longer in pursuit. Then the 911 Centers were in question of ALEA or Dothan Police were in the chase.
Then reports the suspect(s) bailed out on foot from the vehicle on Ludmor Road. There is a dirt patch off that road. Dothan Police have K-9’s on the ground and searching for the suspect.
