
On December 18th, Members of the Henry County Task Force and S.P.A.D.E. Unit conducted Operation 8 Point in the Capps Community.
As a result of part 1 of the operation, deputies recovered approximately 888 grams of Synthetic Marijuana, 147 grams of Methamphetamine, 69 grams of Marijuana, 34 grams of manufactured THC.
As a result of part 2 of the operation, deputies recovered approximately 25 grams of Cocaine, 15 grams of Methamphetamine, 31 grams of Synthetic Marijuana, and 36 grams of Marijuana.
Willie Carter Jr, 42 of Headland was arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking Synthetic Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana 1st x 2, Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine), Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute (Methamphetamine),Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance x2 (Manufactured THC), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Synthetic), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia x2. Carter is being held in the Henry County Jail with no bond.
Jermaine Carter, 38 of Headland was arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking Synthetic Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana 1st x 2, Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine), Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute (Methamphetamine),Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance x2 (Manufactured THC), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Synthetic), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia x2. Carter is being held in the Henry County Jail with no bond.
