One last thing, there’s a lot happening in our little community! ☺️ We would appreciate your help sharing information about our Threads of Freedom quilt fundraiser with the Wiregrass community.
Our talented sewing and quilting group at Madrid senior center created a beautiful king-size Harley-Davidson T-shirt quilt titled “United by the Ride.” The quilt measures approximately 116¾ inches long by 107¾ inches wide.
Tickets are $1 each or six for $5. The winner will be drawn on November 21, 2026, at noon. Tickets may be purchased in person or online by scanning our Zeffy QR code.
All proceeds will benefit the Madrid Senior Center and help us continue providing meals, fellowship, activities, and services for local senior adults.
The Madrid Senior Center is located at 760 Decatur Road in Madrid. I can provide photographs of the quilt, our fundraiser flyer, and the online purchasing information.
