🚨 HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION 🚨
Troy Police are investigating a tragic incident involving three deceased individuals discovered late Sunday night.
At 10:31 PM on July 20, officers responded to a report of a man lying in the roadway on New Street. A Black male was found deceased from a gunshot wound. A second victim was later found inside a nearby residence, also deceased.
Officers learned the first victim’s gray Nissan Altima had been taken from the scene. A short time later, that vehicle was found on North Three Notch near Needmor Rd, with a third deceased male inside.
Troy PD is working closely with the Pike County District Attorney’s Office, Pike County Sheriff’s Office, and the Coroner’s Office.
At this time, there is no known threat to the community.
