OZARK: The Ozark City Schools called a special called school board meeting for 4:00 PM today. Then abruptl;y the time was changed to 2:00 PM without much notice. At the time of this writing it is unkknown if the prescribed time by law was followed in changing the times of the meeting.
The meeting last one minute. The board was accepting or acknowledging the placement of the Athletic Director/Cheer Coach on Administrative Meeting. According to sources the board Superintendent told the coach that she was not allowed to attend because she was tresppased from the school board property. The reports are they sent the coach documents to be signed via docusign. In a letter is stated “you did not wish to sign the resignation agreement. You already have a copy of the email that you signed this morning confirming your resignation…’ the board did vote to approve your resignation. The email furhter states she is trespassed from all Ozark City Schools.
There is a problem when the coach was not allowed to attend to defend herself. To discharge an employee from the school system takes a bout 6 months.
