COUNTY UPDATE:
At today’s commission meeting we approved our FY-26/27 budget. We continue to operate your county government in the BLACK. We were able to fund the MAJORITY of all department requests to keep the wheels of county government turning another year. We were also able to appropriate funds to several non profit organizations again this year. And last, but certainly not least, we were able to give our valued employees a cost of living increase. We also approved our yearly transportation plan and details will be shared later. BIG shoutout to all department heads and our administrator for the great job they do day in and out managing their budgets.
