LEVEL PLAINS: Two drivers were taken to the hospital Tuesday morning after a collision at a Level Plains intersection left one vehicle overturned.
The Level Plains Police Department said the crash occurred around 7:30 a.m. Oct. 27 at U.S. Highway 84 and Dale County Road 109.
Early information suggested one vehicle was headed west on U.S. 84 when a second vehicle pulled out from County Road 109 into its path. The two collided, and the westbound vehicle rolled over.
Police reported minor injuries. Enterprise Rescue transported both drivers to the hospital for treatment.
The Level Plains Police Department, Level Plains Volunteer Fire Department, Dale County Sheriff’s Office and Enterprise Rescue responded to the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
