DOTHAN:       The two Dothan WALMARTS are having having computer issues which is negatively affecting customers.

According to TEXT RICKEY 334-790-1729, credible source, both Dothan Walmart’s computers are charging 17% sales tax on grocery items today. Then they send the customers to customer service, not for a cash refund, but for a Walmart gift card for the amount you have been overcharged.

The Walmart gift card can only be used at, you guessed it, Walmart.

Customers are very unhappy in the fact of being charged 8% over what they are legally required to pay. And then refusing to give cash refunds for what they took from the customers.

Some people are questioning is this theft? The business overcharged, illegally, and then refuse to give a cash refund and only give you cards which can be used at Walmart.

In comparison, Walmart puts you in jail and bars you from Walmart if you forget and do not pay for one item. So they have taken your money illegally. So is that not the same type theft if you take something from Walmart?
