4:28 AM... Structure Fire on Carmen Lane

DOTHAN: Multiple Dothan Fire units responded to a report of a structure fire at 404 Carmen Lane. The first unit on scene advised heavy fire visible. Heavy fire was showing from the right side of the home. Battalion Chief Crooms has command.
At 4:45 am Firefighters reported water on fire, at 4:53 am Truck 3 advised primary all clear on search of the home. At 4:55 am Firefighters reported fire knock down checking for hotspots.
Dothan Police responded along with an ambulance. The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Dothan Fire Dept.
