HOUSTON COUNTY: At 6:57 PM... Houston County Sheriff Office and Southern Junction Fire responded to a report vehicle fire on Hwy 109 at McCallister Road. When units arrived on scene it was just North of New Hope Road about a mile from the location given. The first fire unit advised the vehicle was fully involved.
Fire department arrived and quickly knocked down the fire. Hwy 109 was closed until the fire was knocked down
