The Chipley Police Department is currently investigating a missing persons involving a walk off from the Washington Rehabilitation & Nursing Center located on Usery Road in Chipley, Florida.


The missing person Richard Wilcox, W/M, 58 years of age, 5’11", 165 lbs. with grey hair usually in a ponytail, shoulder length, was last seen wearing a green striped shirt with a white t-shirt and blue jeans around 9 pm. 


Wilcox suffers from dementia, schizophrenia and is bipolar. Wilcox is considered an endangered person due to illness.  It is believed that Mr. Wilcox may possibly attempt to return to Panama City area.
