On January 9, 2019, The Jackson County Sheriff's Office Communications Center received a call for assistance in reference to a physical disturbance. As a Deputy of the Uniformed Patrol Division arrived on Danny Lane, the suspect, Jack Solomon, had departed.

The deputy conducted an investigation on scene and determined the suspect had committed battery on a family member by striking them. The deputy concluded this investigation and was filing a complaint against Solomon for Battery (Domestic Violence). The deputy departed the scene.

A short time later, the Communications Center received a second call in reference to Solomon being back at the residence causing another disturbance. Deputies arrived on scene and found Solomon at the residence.

Solomon was detained pending further investigation into the second incident. The second incident was determined to be verbal only, however, Solomon did have a Writ of Bodily Attachment.
