DOTHAN:  Dothan Police got out with two black males on Fir Street that fit the decription of a possible burglary suspect. When officers made contact one of the suspects fled on foot.


Officers gave chase while other officers responded to the area. The male suspect was reported running down the railroad tracks towards Reeves Street.


Other officers arrived in the area and spotted the suspect running across Montgomery Hwy and into the Dollar General Parking Lot.


That's when the suspect met Sgt Weed, but he couldn't out run Sgt Weed and was taken into custody.
