20-year old Michael Singletary was stopped shortly after midnight near Woodlawn Baptist Church in Crestview. Deputies say Singletary’s vehicle had been involved in multiple traffic crashes in the Crestview City limits. Due to his level of intoxication, Singletary was unable to walk or stand safely to perform Field Sobriety Tests.
He was taken to North Okaloosa Medical Center for medical observation and clearance before going to the Okaloosa County jail. A blood draw performed at the hospital revealed a blood alcohol concentration result of .322. The legal limit is .08.
