Today I placed these beautiful flowers along with this beautiful picture in memory of 4 year old Maleah Davis from Houston Texas.


When I heard about her death by the hands of her moms ex fiancé and how she was dumped along side a road in Arkansas it tore my heart out.


How could anyone ever harm a child or murder an innocent child?


Obviously I don’t know Maleah or any of her family but if I did I’d hug them which is all I or anyone else can do for them right now.

Dothan Alabama May be a long way from Houston Texas in miles but we are very close to one another in our hearts.


The city of Houston designated June 9 as Maleah Davis Day.


Mayor Sylvester Turner spoke at Sunday’s gathering, urging the city to focus their energy on creating lasting changes in Maleah’s honor.


"This was our baby girl," said Turner. "This was our child. We’re standing for Maleah."
