MOBILE:     Mobile Police Officer Sean Tuder was killed in the line of duty while executing an arrest warrant.


A suspect is in custody.


Prayers are to Officer Sean Tuder’s family and law enforcement family.



Just after 4 p.m., an incident occurred at the Peach Place Inn in West Mobile attempting to execute an arrest warrant for a suspect who had been on the run, according to Battiste.



The suspect is identified as 19-year-old Marco Perez.
