DALE COUNTY:    1:07 PM.  Multiple Dale County Volunteer Fire units are rolling to the area of Dale County 49 and Dale County 550 to reports of a large outdoor fire.

Volunteer Fire from Pinckard and Newton are two of the departments I know rolling.

The responding fire units have requested check with Foresrty to see if they have issued a controlled burn permit.

1:12 PM.  Ozark - Dale County 911 advised responding fire units that Forestry confirmed at Curry Road and Dean Road in Pinckard, a controlled burn of 115 acres.

BAY SPRINGS - WICKSBURG FIRE

At 1:10 Houston County 911 dispatched Bay Springs Volunteer Fire to a outdoor for

640 Sanders Road. No unit from Bay Springs answered so Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Wicksburg Fire to that outdoor fire.

1:17 PM Fire units cancelled it is the controlled burn in Dale County.

ASHFORD - LOVETOWN

12:45 PM. Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Lovetown Fire to assist Ashford Fire at 1245 Garrett Road to an outdoor fire.

Cowarts Fire has been dispatched to assist Ashford and Lovetown Fire On Garrett Road Fire.

Cottonwood Fire has been dispatched to assist Ashford.

Ashford has requested Alabama Foresrty respond. Ashford Fire Chief Jimmy Posey has upgraded to now a structure fire. Ashford Rescue has been dispatched to stand by in the event Injuries.

Dothan-Houston County Emergency Management Director Chris Judah was on the scene.
